Brooklyn Museum announces "Fall Art Classes"

Gallery/Studio Program
The Brooklyn Museum's Gallery/Studio Program offers fun and challenging studio art courses for students ages six to adult. Through instruction in the gallery and studio, each course develops skills in viewing and creating art. Participants explore the Museum's renowned collections, discover new art materials, and create their own works of art inspired by objects in the galleries. Classes include instruction in painting, drawing, sculpture, film, and digital photography.

Schedule
Saturday Classes: October 4-December 13
Sunday Classes: October 5-December 14
No Classes: November 29 and 30

Most classes are two hours long; the digital film class is four hours long.

Registration forms and a detailed list of the courses can be found by clicking here. Forms may be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Museum's Independence Community Foundation Visitor Center from August 4 to September 28.
