The Bronx Museum x Artist Darcy Dahl = Celebration of "Insula"

Wednesday, September 3, 9pm–11pm

South Wing Entrance

The Bronx Museum Project Space

11 Bruckner Boulevard (at the corner of Lincoln Avenue)

Please join The Bronx Museum of the Arts as we host a reception for multi-media artist Darcy Dahl in celebration of his exhibit Insula. On view at The Bronx Museum Project Space through September 13th, Insula is a series of kinetic animations projected onto drawings that begin with the human figure.

The exhibition takes its title from the limbic part of the brain that involves translating objective physiological states into subjective emotional experiences. On display twenty-four hours a day, the shifting illumination of forms presents a visual experience that is constantly in flux.

The project space is made possible through the generous support of Gordon Roth.
